What's Included

Our suggested Boutique Mallorca Cycling Holiday

We can tailor make this trip for you
Day 1Arrival into Palma

Mallorca’s culture has often been in the shadow of its pristine beaches or dramatic mountains, and this is your chance to experience the road less travelled. Across the island, large manor houses and stately homes, are being revamped and refined as retreats perfect for wellness, relaxation and of course cycling. This trip can be tailor made and is a suggestion staying at one of our favourite boutique residences on the island.

On arrival into Palma you will be picked up and taken to Campanet on the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range. Your hotel is immersed in a 150 hectare farm. Relax with a glass of wine, taking in the stunning panoramic views or settle down for dinner and taste the hotel’s organic products produced on their own farm.

Day 2The Lluc Monastery and Campanet's Caves

We will provide GPX files of the best routes in the area and one of our favourites is the ride to Lluc. The monastery at LLuc has been a pilgrimage spot since the 13th century when a boy discovered a dark wooden statue of the Virgin Mary in a rock. The statue was moved to a local church but according to legend, the statue miraculously returned to its cave and so villagers built a shrine to house it.

Explore the church and its surroundings before a thrilling descent into Selva. We recommend visiting the caves at Campanet in the afternoon. Discovered back in 1945, they are over 10 million years old and are a wonderful place to spend some time.

Day 3Sa Pobla and Sineu

One of our favourite rides in the area takes in Sa Pobla and Sineu. Tree-lined roads will lead you directly into Sa Pobla and you’ll pass almond and orange groves as you head further south to Sineu.

Sineu is an old Roman town and the square is a great place to stop for lunch or morning coffee. The Parish Church is the most popular attractions in Sineu but there’s nothing better than sitting in the main square, Plaza Des Fossar, and sipping on a coffee amongst the locals and beautiful buildings. If you are riding through on a Wednesday, make sure to visit the Sineu market.

Day 4Departure

After breakfast, check out at your leisure. Remember all our holidays can be tailored to you so if you fancy a couple of extra days relaxing in another boutique residence, just ask your cycling experience team and we will create a bespoke holiday for you.

If this is the end of your cycling holiday, we will provide a return transfer to the airport.

The WinterDecember to February
The winter tends to be wet and temperatures can become quite cold, especially in the heart of winter.
