Cycling the French Riviera

We can tailor make this trip for you

What we love About Cycling the French Riviera

We love...French Riviera Culture
If there is any place more chic than the French Riviera, we haven't found it. The food, the art, the cafes, the Mediterranean, the festivals, the beaches and we could go on and on.
We love...300 Days a Year of Sunshine
The south of France is bathed in sunshine nearly all year round. With an average of 300 days of sunshine per year, you can almost guarantee warm weather riding on the Cote d'Azur.
We love...French Wine
From crisp white wines to enjoying pale Rosé overlooking the Cour Selaya Flower Market in Nice, there is nothing more quintessentially French than enjoying great French wine on the French Riviera.

Suggested Holiday

Whatever you want to get out of riding in the Riviera, we can organise it for you. Tootle along the coast west out of Cannes to the famous red rocks of the Esterel, meander the coast road and then head into Cannes. Or perhaps you might want to ride to the perched village of Mons via Grasse, and the beautiful Valley of the Siagne, before riding to wolf gorge.

Spend the day in Antibes, watch the boats roll in or head to world famous cols such as Col d’Eze or even ride down to San Remo over the Italian border. Whatever you want from your Riviera cycling holiday, we can organise it.

How's the Weather? in French Riviera

The SpringMarch to May
Spring is a magical time to visit as vibrant colours appear on the hillsides and the weather begins to warm up after a cold winter. As you move into the later months of Spring, particularly May, the weather is warm without being too hot and the summer crowds have yet to arrive.
The SummerJune to August
The summer on the French Riviera is usually very hot with little rainfall. It's best to cycle in the mornings before the midday sunshine.
The AutumnSeptember to November
The summer on the French Riviera is usually very hot with little rainfall. It's best to cycle in the mornings before the midday sunshine.
The WinterDecember to February
The French Riviera is best avoided in the winter as it's often very cold.

Area InformationFor French Riviera

The French Riviera offers cycling for you no matter what your ability. Discover beautiful regions such as Col de Vence, Grasse and easier rides close to the coast through Nice and Monaco.
