AccommodationYour accommodation will be in Balestrate on the northern coast but please let us know if you prefer to be elsewhere on the island.
Airport Transfers
Airport TransfersYou will be met and collected at Palermo airport before being whisked away to the hotel. On your final day, you will be taken back to the airport.
Meals
MealsYour trip will be bed and breakfast but we can upgrade you to half board if you prefer. Please just let our cycling experience team know when you enquire.
Routes
RoutesWe will provide you with GPX routes, all of which are held as part of an 'Experience' online. You will be able to navigate these from your phone or download to a GPS enable device such as a Garmin or Wahoo.
The 'Experience' provides all your routes, named by location, distance and elevation, as well as a guide for each route. The guide will give you a description of each daily route, as well as giving you our top tips for the day such as the best cafe stops, places to see or towns to visit.
You will be able to access your Experience before travel to view the routes and check out where you're going, to make the most of your time on holiday.
Emergency Assistance
Emergency AssistanceYou will want to know that your bike is in great condition and that you won’t have any mechanical problems during your ride. Our bikes are extremely well serviced and maintained but in the very unlikely event there is a mechanical issue with the bike (not including basic maintenance such as slipped chains or punctures), we will provide you with an emergency number for someone to come out and repair or replace your bike.
Great Bike Hire
Great Bike HireWe will provide you with either a hybrid or a road bike, depending on your choice. We have a variety of road bikes including full carbon so you are able to upgrade your bike if you wish.
Essential Bike Repair Equipment
Essential Bike Repair EquipmentYour bike will come equipped with essential tools for you to repair a puncture, replace an inner tube or fix a slipped chain.
