As you may well have seen, there are many countries beginning to emerge from lockdown and roadmap out opening of borders for the summer. At the moment Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) is advising British Nationals against all but essential travel overseas but this could change at any time and only applies to imminent travel.

I am travelling in June 2020, what should I do?

We are hugely thankful to our loyal customers for allowing us the time to deal with emergency travel restrictions and repatriation of customers who were overseas. Our focus is now on any traveller departing in June 2020 which accounts for a huge number of our customers. Therefore, as you would expect, we are experiencing a huge number of calls and emails and so our immediate priority is to contact clients who are travelling before 7 June.

If your booking is not due to travel between now and 7 June 2020 we would ask you not to contact our Customer Service helpline. Please email on instead and we will contact you as soon as we can.

I am travelling after June 2020, what should I do?

Please note that FCO advice relates to imminent travel so if your travel is not imminent, our approach will depend on your departure date. We will be in touch to ensure you are aware of our approach and important dates that will be relevant to your departure.

My balance is due for a holiday in July onwards, what should I do?

Balances for trips scheduled for July onwards need to be taken in accordance with your balance due date. It is important that you make your balance payments to avoid any part or full cancellation of your trip in accordance with the terms and conditions of your holiday.

I have an event that has been cancelled, what should I do?

Mallorca 312 – this has been postponed until 10 October 2020. If you are due to travel to the Mallorca 312, we should by now have been in touch with you.

Maratona dles Dolomites – this has been postponed until 4 July 2021. If you are due to travel to the Maratona, we should by now have been in touch with you.

Etape du Tour – this has been postponed as the French government have banned mass gatherings until mid July. The new date for the event has not been announced yet and so we will be contacting all Etape customers as soon as the new date is announced to discuss options.
