LATEST UPDATE 24 MARCH 2020 2pm
As you may well have seen, the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) is advising British Nationals against all but essential travel overseas for 30 days.
As you would expect, we are experiencing a huge number of calls and emails and so our immediate priority is to contact clients who are in resort or who are travelling during the next 30 days. If your booking is not due to travel between now and 24 April 2020 we would ask you NOT to contact our Customer Service helpline. Please email on email@example.com instead and we will contact you as soon as we can.
I am in resort, what should I do?
If you are in resort, you will be returned to the UK by your airline and we advise you to contact them immediately. Any travel restrictions currently in place do not prevent UK nationals returning home.
Now that there are restrictions in place for all overseas travel, what should I do?
If you are due to travel in the next 30 days, we will be in touch with you before 1 April 2020.
Please note that FCO advice relates to imminent travel so if your travel is not imminent, our approach will depend on your departure date. We will be in touch to ensure you are aware of our approach and important dates that will be relevant to your departure but please note we will not be in touch this week.
I have an event that has been cancelled, what should I do?
All the events that we are taking clients to are currently running except for the Mallorca 312 which has been postponed until 10 October 2020. If you are due to travel to the Mallorca 312, we will be in touch with you before 28 March 2020.
