Day 1Arrive in Cuba

Visit the Museum of the Revolution, join the Ernest Hemingway tour, and admire the iconic oceanside Malecon along with an abundance other fascinating options.

Day 2Havana to Soroa

Pass Capitol buildings, Plaza de la Revolution and the Grand theatre on your 2hr test ride from Outer Havana back to Old Havana on your bike. Enjoy lunch at a local cafe and join a guided city walking tour of Old Havana before your dinner with Cuban cocktails in Soroa.

Day 3Loop ride in Las Terrazas

Admire the vintage American cars, old Ladas and experience tastes of famously strong Cuban coffee as you cycle through West Cuba. Enjoy a cafe stop beside the main square before visiting the beautiful UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. After this you’ll visit the home and studio of famous Cuban artists before a relaxing evening at the guesthouse when you get back to Soroa.

Day 4Soroa to Vinales

Get an insight into the of military life at hilly Cueva de los Portales before the toughest climb on the tour. You’ll experience absolutely beautiful views on your way to Mama Luisa. Try to roll a cigar with a local tobacco farmer and visit the UNESCO-listed town of Vinales before enjoying dinner in a Hillside farm restaurant with rum for free.

Day 5Loop ride in Cayo Jutias

Visit Diego Rivera-inspired Mural de la Prehistoria, and cycle to white beaches along with pale blue waters at Cayo Jutias. Admire beautiful old cars parked by locals on the beach itself. Then, take a snooze in the support vehicle while getting back to Vinales where you can enjoy your free evening.

Day 6Vinales to Havana

Admire stunning views of the Vinales Valley before riding through many small towns, and rural landscapes to the top of a small hill where you can be King of the mountains for the last time. Enjoy your last meal before going back to charming Havana and have an amazing free afternoon exploring the capital when you arrive.

Day 7Day in Havana

Experience an fascinating day in Havana. Today is a free day so you can choose anything from all that historic Havana has to offer. Visit the National Museum of Fine Arts or join the Classic American Car Tour of Havana.

Day 8Beaches & Cienfuegos

Cycle to Bahia de Cochinos, also known as the Bay of pigs, and get ready for your first cycling tour. Start at the beautiful Playa Larga then continue onward to the flooded cave, called Cuerade los Peces. Visit another stunning beach, Playa Giron, where you can rest for a while in crystal-clear blue Caribbean waters. Drive to Cienfuegos and enjoy an orientation walk before your free evening.

Day 9 Cienfuegos to Trinidad

Enjoy a ride through rolling hills, the tranquil countryside full of mango trees and admire sparkling coastal views on your 60km bike ride. Visit Trinidad’s Spanish Colonial architecture, large plazas and stunning gardens on an orientation walk. Experience an evening full of dancing at one of the many live music venues or just go for a night out!

Day 10Trinidad to Santa Clara

Admire Parque Natural Topes de Collantes, which is a nature reserve full of beautiful waterfalls and caves along with fauna and flora, before stopping at Mirador del Escambray for stunning views of Trinidad and the Carribean. Cycle to Mirador de Hanabanilla for views of Lake Hanabanilla, lunch with the locals and at the end of the day enjoy an orientation walk in Santa Clara.

Day 11Santa Clara to Varadero

Ride to the small magical town of Jovellanos and start today’s amazing adventure. Enjoy a 30km bike tour through flat roads and little towns, along with citrus and sugar plantations. Visit the historical city where the first ever raising of Cuban flag happened and look out onto the beautiful outstanding beaches in Varadero.

Day 12 Day in Varadero

Take some rest in the sun and sand after the past few days of heavy cycling and experience an amazing free day in Varadero. Go on a boat trip to nearby mangroves, try kayaking, snorkelling as well as stand-up paddle boarding or just grab a cocktail and spend the day on a beach with golden sand and crystal-clear water.

Day 13Exploring Havana

Enjoy your last planned bike ride for the trip, and ride through the traffic free Yumuri valley with a mix of rolling pastures, fields of palm trees and small forests.  Admire the scenery of a faded colonial city before a guided walking tour in city Mazantas, which is famous for its Afro-Cuban folklore and as a birthplace for two important Cuban dances. Ride to Havana, join the leader-led walking tour and end your adventure at an excellent micro-brewery.

Day 14Last day in Cuba

Your cycling trip is in the end today after the breakfast. You have no activities planned on this day. If you would like transport to the airport please discuss this with your guesthouse the day before you need to depart.

How's the Weather? in Havana

The Spring March to May
High temperatures and almost thirty degrees, the dry season is until the end of April so there won't be any rain. In May begins rainy season and temperature will be lower, but still hot. Spring often has windy days.
The SummerJune to August
The temperature is really high, as it reaches thirty-four degrees and at night it is around twenty-five. It would not drop below nineteen degrees. This season is perfect for people who are sensitive to weather changes.
The Autumn September to November
The days in autumn are still hot but nights are noticeably cooler. There's still rainy season but that doesn't mean weeks of rain so you can enjoying your cycling holiday. In the October rainy season ends so there will be no rain again.

Winter in Cuba is perfect for cycling holiday, because the hot days along with rain are gone and temperature the is warm. However, the temperature at night is cooler, at around eighteen degrees.
