Flexibility Guarantee

Our unique Flexibility Guarantee is designed to give you peace of mind that if you need to rearrange your trip, you can do without additional costs, for all 2021 bookings.

We understand that everything feels a little unpredictable at the moment, so have put together a series of additional booking benefits for those booking any destination which at the time of booking is designated an Amber or Red country under the government’s traffic light system.

The Flexibility Guarantee includes
• refundable deposit if we cannot deliver your trip (Please note that any supplier change and cancellation fees or price differences (from our travel partners) will be passed on unless stated)
• free booking amendments

We know how important, arguably more than ever, having something to look forward to in your diary is, so we’ve put together our Flexibility Guarantee to give you confidence when heading back onto the tarmac.

If you need to move your trip we won’t charge you a fee to change the dates for any trips travelling between 1 January 2021 and 17 May 2021 (travel dates may be moved to departures up to 31st December 2021). We can also provide you with a travel credit towards your next booking instead if you prefer.
