Luxury French Water Biking Holiday

We can tailor make this trip for you

What we love About Luxury French Water Biking Holiday

We love...Being the First Water Cycling Holiday in the World
As market leaders in new experiences, we love our new water cycling holiday on the French Riviera. Take the ride of your life with the world's best water bike. Schiller water bikes are extraordinary machines designed to propel you across the water. You can cycle from the coast out across the water and enjoy complete and utter freedom. Explore the Riviera's many hidden coves and beaches far away from the tourist trail, something you can only do on a Schiller water bike.
We love...Totally Flexible Trip
We can offer this trip as a completely tailored holiday. We can put together the trip from stunning boutique accommodation, some of the most luxurious properties in France, or if budget is tighter, some inexpensive boutique options.
We love...Coastal Riding & Exploring
For the days you want to use your pedal power on the tracks and trails rather than the water, we have some amazing routes for you to choose. The French Riviera is littered with incredible cycling. There are plenty of routes that are accessible directly from Saint Tropez. Starting on the green cycle path that runs the length of the coastline, you can travel for miles in either direction visiting idyllic beach resorts or head inland to the climbs.

Suggested Holiday

This trip is totally flexible and along with our option in Thailand, is the first of its kind. Your water bikes will be provided by Schiller bikes, the brainchild of Jessica Schiller. Schiller was founded on the daring belief that a blue planet is meant for biking and nowhere can you better experience the freedom of a Schiller bike, than on the French Riviera.

Each morning, head to the luxurious beach Club les Palmiers where you can pick up your Schiller bike and go riding. There are no routes, no maps, no GPX files, just miles and miles of crystal blue waters in front of you. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can cycle round the headland towards St Maxime in the Golf de St Tropez. Do some yacht spotting and enjoy a truly unique cycling ride. If you’re less experienced on a regular bike, stick closer to the water’s edge and explore the Cote d’Azur coastline or for those looking to find some tranquility, cycle out across the water, come to a stop and enjoy some meditation or mindfulness on the front of the bike’s inflatable platform.

We recommend you couple your water cycling experience with some regular riding too. Hire a bike for a couple of days and explore the beautiful green paths lining the coast. For more adventurous riding, head inland and ride the climbs, high above the Mediterranean below. We can provide excellent bike hire with guided riding or self guided routes.

How's the Weather? in French Riviera

The SpringMarch to May
Spring is a magical time to visit as vibrant colours appear on the hillsides and the weather begins to warm up after a cold winter. As you move into the later months of Spring, particularly May, the weather is warm without being too hot and the summer crowds have yet to arrive.
The SummerJune to August
The summer on the French Riviera is usually very hot with little rainfall. It's best to cycle in the mornings before the midday sunshine.
The AutumnSeptember to November
The summer on the French Riviera is usually very hot with little rainfall. It's best to cycle in the mornings before the midday sunshine.
The WinterDecember to February
The French Riviera is best avoided in the winter as it's often very cold.

What to ExpectFrom French Riviera

The French Riviera offers cycling for you no matter what your ability and now you have the option to take that riding out on to the water. Discover the less touristy St-Tropez and explore the mesmerising beauty of cobbled streets and French architecture before heading down to Club les Palmiers. Relax on luxurious sun loungers and soak up St Tropez. Then it’s time to head out on to the crystal blue waters and take your Schille bike exploring.
