Day By Day Scottish Cycling & Wellness Retreat

Day 1Arrival

Make your way to the hotel by either flying into Glasgow airport or taking the train up to Gleneagles station, a few minutes drive from the hotel. Check in, relax and enjoy a steam or sauna before dinner.

Day 2Discover the Estate

Explore the Gleneagles estate and enjoy the the roads and lanes around the hotel. Ride one of the 10 circular routes pre programmed into the bike’s Garmin, taking you on small rides of about 12 miles to longer, tougher rides of 50-60 miles. Finish the day by indulging yourself in the sprawling spa, experiencing detox treatments and wellness.

 

 

 

Day 3Ride & Relax

Fresh country air, beautiful Scottish scenery and mile after mile of peace and quiet. It’s a wonderful combination and the only real decision you have to make is how far you want to ride. Get out on to the roads and explore the highlands or stay within the miles and miles of Scottish countryside on the Gleneagles estate.

Day 4Departure

Check out from the hotel and make your way home feeling completely recharged.
