Day 1 - Arrive into Calpe
As you arrive into Calpe, you can feel the sea breeze. I like to drop my bags and then head to the promenade to enjoy a drink and some tapas.
Day 2 - The Valley of Cherries
124km total distance
It's best to wake up early on the second day to make the most of a full day of riding here - it also gets super hot after midday! I head out towards the north of Calpe through a town called Benissa before climbing towards Parcent and then further inland into La Vall de Gallinera - The Valley of Cherries. From here enjoy a thrilling descent into Pego before lopping back into Calpe.

Day 3 - The Mountains
129km total distance
Today's ride heads north towards Xabia. From here, I ride to Denia and then along the coast before looping inland to Pego. The tough riding starts here and I climb up to Orba and then Bernia. If you want to do the Coll de Rates, that's easily done from her or you can descend all the way back to Calpe. Distance: 129km
Ascent: 1,625m

I think 4 nights is a great amount of time in Calpe so today is check out day for your return airport transfer, or you can lengthen your stay for more adventure.
