Cycle north and take in the atmosphere and views, predominately of the Gulf of Thailand with occasional succulent greenery. Lunch will be delicious, locally sourced seafood to give you energy for a few afternoon hills. Your end destination for the day is Khanom.

Today's scenery is colourful and fascinating, from the coconut and rubber plantations to the small villages and beautiful coastline. You will finish in Cheow Larn lake, where you will stay on rafts, which can be reached from boats and provide a direct platform for a swim.

A partial rest day to recover from yesterday. Enjoy the morning off, whether you go kayaking or simply chill out. Today's cycling takes us through twists and turns of limestone caves and lavish jungle to the Khao Sok National Park, where our riverside lodge awaits.

Start today cycling the outskirts of Khao Sok National Park, reaching Takua. Take a look at the wooden houses and Portuguese architecture. Cool down from today's cycling in the Sai Rung waterfall before relaxing in our beach side hotel.

Toady's a treat for the sense. Cycling alongside canals, take in the exotic atmosphere, filled with rubber plantations, shrimp farms and palm trees. Listen to the hushing sound of waves as you cycle along the bridge connecting Phuket to the mainland.

Today's cycling takes you around this stunning island. A relatively easy ride, with the occasional hill, allowing you to take in the tranquil scenery of plantations and paradise beaches.

The white sand beaches and crystal blue seas make Phuket the perfect place for rest and relaxation after a hard weeks cycling. It will be time to say goodbye to your fellow cyclists after an incredible trip.
