    • Hotel
  2. Day 2- Vienna

    10km total distance

After your bike fitting and test ride, you will be taken on a 3 hour tour of Vienna by bike. You are free to explore Vienna at your leisure when not on the cycle tour.

    Included:
    • Hotel
    • Guided Cycling Around Vienna
  3. Day 3 - Vienna to Bratislava

    76km total distance

Today you follow the Danube river for the first time, stopping at the picturesque hamlet of Hasslau an der Donau. Visit the Roman ruins at the archaeological site, Carnuntum, a little while later. Wander around the ruins and observe the contrasts between the ancient and the modern reconstructions. Head on to the vibrant Slovakian capital where you will have an introductory walk and see the Bratislava Castle.

    Included:
    • Hotel
    • Bed & Breakfast
    • Fully Supported Guided Riding
    • Entrance to Carnuntum Archaeological Site
  4. Day 4 - Bratislava to Gyor

    80km total distance

Ride alongside the Danube once again, this time, into Hungary. You will turn south to the historic Hungarian city of Gyor. Gyor is a vibrant city with huge Baroque influence such as the Bécsi kapu tér square and Káptalan Hill. Walk the streets of the city and find Király Street, a street inhabited since ancient times.

    Included:
    • Guesthouse
    • Bed & Breakfast
    • Fully Supported Guided Riding
  5. Day 5 Gyor to Komarom

    55km total distance

Quiet traffic-free cycle paths will take you to Komarom today, on the border of Hungary and Slovakia. You'll take a stroll across the Elizabeth Bridge which links the two countries, whilst also marvelling at the medieval forts of the city

    Included:
    • Hotel
    • Bed & Breakfast
    • Fully Supported Guided Riding
  6. Day 6 Komarom to Esztergom

    54km total distance

Budapest has not always been the capital of Hungary. Until the mid-13th century Esztergom was the capital, which is why it is chockablock full of impressive buildings and of course, the beautiful Esztergom Basilica. Today, you will be riding into Esztergom, where upon arrival you can take part in the introductory walk. We definitely recommend taking part, so as to learn even more about the wealth of history.

    Included:
    • Hotel
    • Bed & Breakfast
    • Fully Supported Guided Riding
    • Entrance To The Esztergom Basilica
  7. Day 7 Esztergom to Budapest

    82km total distance

The famous Danube Bend takes you to Budapest, the beautiful city steeped in history, and has only recently become popular with tourists. Although today is a long day in the saddle, you will be treated to a picnic under the Visegrad hills on the banks of the Danube. By the end of the day, you will be ready to take a relaxing dip in one of Budapest's thermal baths.

    Included:
    • Hotel
    • Bed & Breakfast
    • Picnic Lunch On The River
    • Fully Supported Guided Riding
  8. Day 8 - Budapest

Your cycling adventure finishes today but we highly recommend staying on in Budapest. Visit the Hungarian state opera house, take a river cruise down the Danube, or just enjoy this historic city with a coffee in a town square.

What our Cyclists Say

Awesome customer Service like it used to be. When planning my husband's 50th birthday and knowing very little about cycling I decided to try Love Velo and I can't recommend them, and the service I've received from James Danvers highly enough.

I booked through Love Velo because the reviews were so good. I wasn't disappointed. Right from my first contact with LV they were easy to talk to and although I dithered (my first cycling trip abroad) they didn't press me. When I eventually confirmed my booking they took care of everything.

Everything about Love Velo has been faultless. From the initial notification of them teaming up with Le Col and to the pricing being unbelievable and then the customer service, top class. James, if all the staff are as attentive to every detail as you are then everyone will be as lucky as I have been. 100% at some point, hopefully in the near future I will be booking again with you guys. Thank you again
