I am a former professional cyclist, x7 British Champion and x2 European u23 Champion and you can find me at @joeholt1011 on Instagram. I have competed at two Commonwealth Games for Wales and am currently training for a triathlon. I run my own cycle coaching business and combining both my sporting background and passion in coaching is a dream come true for me.
