Lake Banyoles, Olot and the Catalonia countryside will leave you wanting more, and that's before you climb Rocacorba, made famous by the pros who live and train here. For a quieter location than Girona, check out the mountains of the Sierra Nevada rising up over the sun drenched plains of Andalusia.
