You have the option of a new rider week, volcano week or the challenge week and the itinerary below explain what you can expect on each.
From Los Cristianos, you will ride up to La Centinela with just a gradual climb. Then it's down to Granadilla, Vilaflor and eventually back to Los Cristianos.
Today's ride is between 50km and 84km in length, with an elevation gain between 1000m and 2450m, depending on the tour you have chosen. It's a great ride to start your week and will ease you into your riding.
From Los Cristianos, you will start an amazing ride up to Vilaflor. What starts as smooth, gradually become more difficult before you arrive at a well earned coffee stop with sensational views. You will descend from Vilafor later in the day offering unrivalled scenery across Tenerife.
Today's ride is between 75km and 110km in length, with an elevation gain of between 1400m and 2500m, depending on the tour you have chosen.
Today is a challenging day. After a ride through Tamaimo and & Santiago del Teide you have the option to climb one of the most famous Tenerife roads, Masca. The views from the short climb are awesome. You then ride to Chio before a 24km climb to El Teide, the mythical volcano looming over the island. After a couple of shorter climbs and an exhilarating descent, you will arrive back in Los Cristianos.
Today's ride is between 66km and 102km in length, with an elevation gain of between 1600m and 2500m, depending on the tour you have chosen.
Today is a day to let your legs recover. We have a lovely, gentle ride along the coast to El Medano where the emphasis is on enjoying the scenery, spinning the legs and finding great cafe stops.
Today's ride is between 43km with an elevation gain of 700m.
Today you will be taken to Arico where you will start your ride. passing through Guimar, we head up to El Teide with a 34km climb. Quite incredible scenery awaits you today as you ride through the beautiful El Teide national park offering views across the island.
Today's ride is between 78km and 170km in length, with an elevation gain of between 1900m and 3200m, depending on the tour you have chosen.
Today is the last day on the bike. You can either ride from Vilaflor or the hotel today depending on how you are feeling. The ride takes in a few more El Teide photo opportunities before a breathtaking descent to La Orotava for some home local cooked paella
Today's ride is between 61km and 82km in length, with an elevation gain of between 1450m and 2750m, depending on the tour you have chosen.
Today we will take you back to the airport for your return flight home.
